Effective date: August 15, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid UpTor subscriptions and related one-time services purchased through UpTor. UpTor provides cloud-based appointment scheduling and business management software. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Monthly subscriptions

Single, Pro, and VIP are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. The price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the UpTor billing portal or by contacting us through our Contact Us page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period and no additional subscription payment will be taken after that date.

3. Refunds for a new subscription

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge. This introductory refund is available once per customer or business. Requests submitted after 14 days are not normally eligible, except where required by applicable law or where UpTor confirms a billing or service error.

4. Subscription renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable because the subscription remains available for the renewed billing period. If a renewal was accidental, contact us within 5 calendar days of the charge. We will review the request fairly, but approval is not guaranteed. We do not normally provide partial or prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.

5. VIP setup fee

The VIP plan includes a one-time setup fee of $499 plus applicable local tax on the first VIP activation. You may request a refund of this fee within 14 calendar days only if UpTor has not started onboarding, configuration, branding, app preparation, or other setup work. Once setup work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. The setup fee is charged only once per business.

6. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or do not recognize a charge, contact us promptly. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded. For security, we may ask for information needed to identify the transaction and account.

7. Service issues

If a material UpTor service failure prevents you from using the paid service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may provide a full or partial refund or account credit, depending on the circumstances and any rights available under applicable law.

8. How to request a refund

Submit your request through our Contact Us page. Include the business name, the email address associated with the UpTor account, the payment date, the transaction or invoice number if available, and the reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details.

9. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days after processing, although your bank or payment provider may take longer. Taxes included in an approved refundable amount are handled by Paddle.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that apply under the laws of your country. Where local law provides greater protection, that law will apply.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page and its effective date apply to requests made after publication.
